“I needed kitchen wall tiles and several local suppliers told me that 6inch floral times were old fashioned and impossible to find... I searched @tiles360 and found these, superb colours and quality and the finish is exactly as I imagined. Highly recommend”

“Really unappy tiles were a completely different colour to how they looked in the picture.I had a builder booked to do them so had tokeep them in the end otherwise would have been seriously out of pocket .Tiles360 said we had to pay to send the back too.Let it be a warning to anyone thinking of buying tiles online.Altogether very stressfu.l”

“I ordered a sample tile to see the colour, the sample arrived but was about 10cm square which is not really enough to get the whole effect however as I was just keen to see the colour this was ok. I placed my order and paid for delivery to arrive on a specific date (friday) as the tiler was coming the following day, delivery slot was between 8am and 6pm. By 5.30pm the tiles had still not arrived. I tried to call and email the company but no response as they close at 4pm and no other means of contact. The delivery never arrived and I lost money having to pay the days work for a tiler. On the monday I received a response from the company stating that the lorry had broken down taht afternoon so my tiles couldn't be delivered, I was not informed of this on the day and stated this should have been communicated. My delivery fee was refunded as a gesture of good will when I said I had lost money paying a tiler. This was apparently 'unforseen circumstances' so they don't need to reimburse me for anything. They assured me my delivery would be made the following day. On the Tuesday around 10am I received an email to say my order hadn't been loaded on the lorry. At this point I told them to forget it and just refund me, even the email from the company said they had no words and completely agree. I wouldn't even consider using this company, completely useless, even the staff think so!”

“Lovely looking Tiles and quick delivery, but several of our tilesvwere broken in various boxes that couldn't be seen until we unpacked them to use them this week. Clearly they are very fragile as they were delivered on a pallet, unless something dropped on the pallet during transit? Verydisappointed as it wasn't a small order.”

“Didn’t deliver on the selected day (I’d taken the day off and driven 2hrs to the property). The tracking website is completely useless. Then said they’d deliver on the Monday (I only had the weekend to do the tiling before the plumber was booked to go back in). They didn’t deliver on the Monday. I was trying to find out where they were (they never reached out to me) and it went radio silent despite being told they’d find out for me. A neighbour happened to be outside on the Wednesday night as the delivery driver was about to leave so received them for me. I can’t believe I paid £45 for this delivery ‘service’. Will never order again from here.”

“Our client is pleased with the tiles but we had a nightmare with delivery. First delivery arrived at 8.30pm and 50% of the tiles were broken. Colection and re-delivery was probelmatic, mixed communication between Tiles360, courier and driver. Jade tried her best but pallet truck broken so all had to be handballed off and on. Driver not happy so I had to help. Following days I got at least one email a day sayng there was going to be another delivery but, correctly, nothing turned up. I wasted a lot of time sorting all this out.”

“Very disappointed re shipping costs at £49 for 2 boxes of tiles which was not fully explained before purchase. Every other business calculates this at checkout. My second order, despite being submitted before 11am for next day delivery, did not arrive on time and the tiler had to return for a third day.”
