“Lovely looking Tiles and quick delivery, but several of our tilesvwere broken in various boxes that couldn't be seen until we unpacked them to use them this week. Clearly they are very fragile as they were delivered on a pallet, unless something dropped on the pallet during transit? Verydisappointed as it wasn't a small order.”

“I ordered 3 samples and they arrived quickly, very well packed and free of charge, which I thought was excellent service. However, when I tried to order 2 boxes of the Dante tiles, the delivery charge was £85 , which was unacceptable. If my postcode is out of your area, then you should not have sent out the samples...I am on the mainland!”

“My tile samples arrived broken and they were so small you couldn't actually decide if you liked the pattern or not. A bit rubbish to be honest. Trying to be positive, they did arrive promptly.”

“The tiles I bought were very expensive for what is a poor quality tile, but I bought them as I could find nothing similar elsewhere. The delivery cost for 7 boxes of 125mm x 125mm tiles was £75. This was extraordinarily expensive, especially so as when they arrived they were insecurely wrapped in nothing but some cling film and the boxes had broken open in transit, with the consequent damage to several tiles.”

“I ordered three sample. Two arrived broken. This put me off spending £30 plus for delivery and finding some were damaged on arrival. I have since bought tiles from another supplier”

“Two packages were delivered broken. The builders and the interior designer were shocked that the specifications were wrong, so they didn’t match with other tiles. No option for refund.”

“Unfortunately the tiles in one of my boxes were broken but, becasue I didn't open every single box to check, it was only realised when the tiler arrived a few days later. He could not proceed and I had to order another box and pay the transport again (which cost more than the tiles). It might be easier and cheaper to go to a tile shop in future. Nice tiles.”

“Upon receiving the tiles I noted two were broken. The driver took a picture and e mailed. This was over a week ago and no acknowledgement, offer of replacement or refund has been made.”

Hi Emma, Thank you for your feedback. We do ask that all damages are reported to us within 48hours of delivery. This way we can arrange for any damages to be replaced. If the report is out of the 48hour period we are unable to prove that the damages were caused in transit for the insurance company. If you feel you are within the above period please contact our customer service so that they can look into this for you. Kind Regards

“Good selection but not being able to buy what quantity you want is a draw back. Box quantity only! Better off going to your local tile shop and buying the amount you need”

Thank you for your review. We sell quality tiles and try to keep the SQM price as low as possible for our customers. One of the ways we achieve this is to sell in full cartons only. The tile you had a sample of comes in 1 SQM carton containing 34 tiles.

“I liked these tiles for my entrance yard path. I need only 8 of them so not even two full packs but I was keen to purchase the extra. Price says £34 x pack but be aware no vat in it. Going to place the order, £35 delivery and £15 extra for small quantity surcharge??? So £ 120 for 12 tiles??? No thank you. Changed my mind”

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews, however, I do need to correct you on the VAT issue you have raised. All prices do include VAT as advertised but on the checkout, it gives a breakdown. In fact, it is illegal not to show prices to consumers with VAT included and we would never break the law! With regards to our delivery charges, all tile orders are sent via a palletised service and we are charged in weight bands. The first of these bands is up to 250kg whether this is 1 box or 50 boxes. On orders under £100, we charge the amount we are charged as we can't soak up the full delivery cost due to us keeping our tile prices low.

“I was considering a wood-effect porcelain tile for my bathroom so ordered a few samples in different sizes from different companies. The tile from 360 arrived in good time but was damaged with a large chip in it, which didn't inspire confidence in its durability. It was less realistic than I was hoping for and darker than expected, although the size was good. In the end I decided not to go for wood effect porcelain as didn't want a 'fake' wood effect and decided to go for a complete departure- Brazilian slate.”

“Ordered a tile sample to check the color. Delivery company promised delivery on Monday but never came. Tuesday again promised but never came. Wednesday a different driver delivered but when opened, tile was in 3 pieces! Payment refunded but overall a poor and frustrating time-wasting experience.”

We are sorry to know your tile sample was late and arrived broken. We do our very best to ensure samples are protected from damage but we are at the mercy of courier companies taking care of the parcel when it leaves us.
