The tiles are awesome I love them. But I ordered 4 packs and one of the packs arrived completely broken. 😢

Hi Emma, Thank you for your feedback. We do ask that all damages are reported to us within 48hours of delivery. This way we can arrange for any damages to be replaced. If the report is out of the 48hour period we are unable to prove that the damages were caused in transit for the insurance company. If you feel you are within the above period please contact our customer service so that they can look into this for you. Kind Regards

Good selection but not being able to buy what quantity you want is a draw back. Box quantity only! Better off going to your local tile shop and buying the amount you need

Thank you for your review. We sell quality tiles and try to keep the SQM price as low as possible for our customers. One of the ways we achieve this is to sell in full cartons only. The tile you had a sample of comes in 1 SQM carton containing 34 tiles.

We like the tile sample bit it was broken on arrival..I messaged your chosen courier about it but received no reply. Is a refund offered in such circumstances?

I liked these tiles for my entrance yard path. I need only 8 of them so not even two full packs but I was keen to purchase the extra. Price says £34 x pack but be aware no vat in it. Going to place the order, £35 delivery and £15 extra for small quantity surcharge??? So £ 120 for 12 tiles??? No thank you. Changed my mind

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews, however, I do need to correct you on the VAT issue you have raised. All prices do include VAT as advertised but on the checkout, it gives a breakdown. In fact, it is illegal not to show prices to consumers with VAT included and we would never break the law! With regards to our delivery charges, all tile orders are sent via a palletised service and we are charged in weight bands. The first of these bands is up to 250kg whether this is 1 box or 50 boxes. On orders under £100, we charge the amount we are charged as we can't soak up the full delivery cost due to us keeping our tile prices low.

I was considering a wood-effect porcelain tile for my bathroom so ordered a few samples in different sizes from different companies. The tile from 360 arrived in good time but was damaged with a large chip in it, which didn't inspire confidence in its durability. It was less realistic than I was hoping for and darker than expected, although the size was good. In the end I decided not to go for wood effect porcelain as didn't want a 'fake' wood effect and decided to go for a complete departure- Brazilian slate.

Ordered a tile sample to check the color. Delivery company promised delivery on Monday but never came. Tuesday again promised but never came. Wednesday a different driver delivered but when opened, tile was in 3 pieces! Payment refunded but overall a poor and frustrating time-wasting experience.

We are sorry to know your tile sample was late and arrived broken. We do our very best to ensure samples are protected from damage but we are at the mercy of courier companies taking care of the parcel when it leaves us.

The tiles were nice and looked how I imagined they would from the website but several of them came broken, at least 6 tiles were broken before we even lifted them out of the packaging. So disappointed about the arrival and quality of some of them.

If it wasn’t for the broken or scratched tiles in each of the 4 boxes I purchased (approx 5-6 tiles in each box damaged) I would of been really happy with the purchase as they look great on the walls

When we are informed of damage, we would either replace or if you had enough tiles to complete your project, a refund would be issued for the damaged tiles. Thank you for your review. If you had informed us it arrived broken, we would have replaced free of charge. We package sample tiles well in boxes and polystyrene on larger tiles and add fragile stickers to all samples posted. Beyond this, we are, at the mercy of postal services.
