The tiles look great. We plan to have them laid next week, so will have a better picture of how they look once laid. I'm giving you a 4-star rating because when they were delivered the delivery lorry only had a small pallet trolley that couldn't be used to put the tiles on our stone drive. This meant that they were placed on the footpath and I had to move them all by hand.
To improve your service, please can you use couriers that have the correct handling equipment to deliver your products to the satisfaction of your customers.
