“Size varies even I order in the same lot”

“Delivery was poor, it wasn't delivered where I instructed, I had to carry it through the house when it was supposed to be delivered at the back gate. Other than that I was happy with the purchase, I would have given a higher rating if it was delivered where I had instructed.”

“Good service, fast (standard) delivery. All tiles were whole, except for one extra sample which arrived separatly and broken due to poor packaging.”

“Wrong tiles sent initially and some broken, but dealt with promptly and got correct ones 2 days later. Otherwise would have given 5”

“Perfect tiles and colour for my little job which arrived quickly. Such a shame they were not packed sufficiently causing tiles in the bottom of box to break”

“I had a delivery and 60% of my tiles where broken once I opened the box Luckily I had cuts so I managed to do the job out of 25 tiles delivered only 11 tiles where not damaged”

“Prices are competitive although delivery charge is at a premium, unless you’re spending over £300. Order was processed quickly and delivery was in a couple of days. I had given instructions to be contacted by the delivery courier - which didn’t happen and i found the tiles loosely lying on a broken pallet, half of them were broken. Tile Warehouse were quick to send out replacements, properly and securely fixed to a pallet, but why the shoddy despatch/delivery in the first place ?”

“The tiles look quite different to how they looked on the website. The colour is somewhat different and the print on them is a bit low resolution. I'm pretty disappointed.”

“after being told that the color i wanted after showing the relacement (autumn blus) i was sent presumably autumn blush which turned out to be slightly different to the replacement however i decided to install the replacement .i accept the fault was mine the service was good.”

“The tiles are beautiful, although the colour is slightly different from the website. My disappointment is the delivery, no email sent with a link to track it, so you are stuck from 8am-6pm, you and your help(big orders) and can't track it from your account either . Check all the tiles boxes, as unfortunately I didn't check them properly and one of them has half of the tiles broken, now I had to order more and pay for them :(”
