The Tile Warehouse representative tried to convince me over the phone that these trims were now the norm. Fortunately other suppliers still supply the sturdier ones.

While we appreciate your feedback, it's unfortunate that your expectations were not met this time. We will look to update our images as soon as possible. The face profile once fitted, is identical to previous versions but the supplier has decided to change how they make the back. There will be suppliers who still hold the older version however having a high turnover of this line, we are now into the latest factory production. Tiles were delivered swiftly, but had to be returned due to the amount of broken tiles.

33 tiles arrived broken or chipped. And even when they sent replacement ALL arrived broken. And now nearly 4 weeks on from my initial order I still don’t have what I paid for They pack tiles in very flimsy packaging, I would avoid at all costs. Low prices but you won’t get what you paid for not worth it.

No updates on my tile delivery. Had to chase the day it was suppose to arrive in the afternoon to then be told that nothing has left the warehouse and that I won’t be received my goods till the following week. Lack of communication for this firm is terrible

If you can get tiles elsewhere do it. I received broken tiles and despite 2 emails with pictures and a phone call (guy very nice on call but then completely ignored 2nd email). I had to order more tiles so I could finish the job. As an aside- the tiles were nice but don’t risk it!

Hi Wendy My apologies, this isn't how we usually work, we have checked our inbox and cannot see any emails from you, can I check please that you are using the customerservice@tilewarehouse.co.uk email address and not one of the do not reply emails we send out with order and tracking information? we do not monitor these as they are sent by a different company in the delivery journey. One of the team will contact you today to refund the extra tiles you paid for and to apologise. Joke of a service. First batch arrived smashed. Then days of promised deliveries have been no shows. Original order made the week before last and I still have no intact tiles to use

Ordered 500 tiles, 150 damaged, Ordered 30 more, 27 damaged Replaced with 30 more, 23 damaged Awaiting another 30 to be delivered. No reimbursement for all my additional costs as it goes against their terms and conditions. They’ll replace broken ones, but not the £100s I’m out of pocket for several days labour wasted as it’s my responsibility to individually check the tiles before I book the labour.

While we can assist with replacements as per our policy, we do state in our terms and conditions that you check your delivery prior to booking a tiler for this exact reason, accidents do happen and we would rather get them to you intact first time to save us extra postage. Appalling delivery service. Pallet left in middle of public pavement and driver was extremely rude - telling me to move it myself. However nice the tiles, I shall not use this firm again

Hi We have investigated your case and the driver has placed the pallet as close to your front door, less than a meter, as possible baring in mind the narrow street and very small pavements. We apologise if this was inconvenient for you however you have not selected a smaller vehicle or made us aware of any restrictions in the box available when selecting the day of choice, so kerbside is all that the larger lorry can offer i am afraid. They are not insured to unwrap the pallet and handball the goods. If you could contact our customer service team, they can look into the other matter for you. We thank you for raising the issue with us and we do appreciate this was not the best service for yourself however we do need some information in advance to be able to support you in the best way possible. Poor customer services and happy to sell you damaged goods. Spent over £1277 on tiles, 39 arrived damage (a third of my order) opened up a line of communication upon delivery informing tile warehouse of some initial damage, once the tiles started to properly be unpackaged an inspected it was apparent that the initial number I reported was less than half of the amount of damaged tiles delivered. Try o my dismay tile warehouse don’t want to on know anything about it. Happy to fob you off and expect you to pay full price for damaged goods. Really bad company and I would not be using again, and such a shame to have to go though the rig-moral or back and forth emailing for a company to do the right thing.

Thank you for your reply Nick, I am still in direct communication with you via email, however I do appreciate the time taken to leave a review. At the point we were notified of any damages, we were notified of 14 damaged tiles. We had offered 3 routes to rectify this issue : 1) A refund on the damaged products, 2) replacements once back in stock 3) Free of charge collection and refund. We weren't informed of any additional damages until 6 weeks later, by that point we are unable to verify the additional damages you had claimed. (As part of our T&CS we request that all damages are brought to our attention within 14 days) As you have stated 39 tiles have been damaged, as a gesture, we are happy to collect all 39 tiles from you and refund them once they have been received back. Please reach out to us to progress with a return and refund.
Just a warning that they don’t bring the deliveries into your property they just leave them at the side of the road so you need to be worry of that that you have the right people to be able to move that delivery from the pavement into your property on the day of delivery so it doesn’t block up pavements and paths this company doesn’t help you with that or put it onto your property. And they leave pallets for you to dispose of even if you’ve only ordered free small packs of tiles.

Over half of the tiles I ordered were smashed! Put me very behind as tiler was coming the next day and couldn’t complete the job, still waiting almost a week later for replacements!

I have purchased tiles from this company and immediately I contacted to cancel it and they did cancel the order but after a day they said they have dispatched the order , the good thing is I have paid through pay pal and got help from them for refund. Otherwise I had to pay for return it . So be careful.

I still have not received my order, despite me phoning nearly a week ago and being told it was being delivered that day. No tracking number nothing, and still no delivery

Having investigated this, it was unfortunate that the driver experienced heavy volumes of traffic on the specified date and despite us keeping you updated on his progress, the driver just ran out of legal driving hours to complete the delivery, this was completed the next day. We apologise that the delivery was not everything we both hoped for, and we will convey the feelings to our carrier partner for their thoughts.
