Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“I'm shocked that the tiles arrived at all because I've had a delivery issue twice. The sales team are very polite over the phone, but the customer service team I believe is non existent. My tiles arrived smashed and delayed with no warning that they would be. The warehouse forgot to pick them I guess. I like the tiles, but I'm sure you can get them from somewhere else with better processes in place. If you need to contact 'customer service' for a refund or a complaint then you won't get any response. Shop elsewhere.”

“Price of the tile was great value. The boxes the tiles came in were very smelly we had to remove the tile and wash them down they smelled like they had been stored on a farm that’s my only concern, but once the tiles were cleaned look great. We were missing the edging so had to contact customer service who sent the missing edging out without any problems. Over all we are happy with the price delivery and customer service only reason I gave four stars is the smell of the boxes.”

“Canaletto Beige Terrazzo Effect Tiles 60x60cm. I had seen these tiles in another well known tile store and Tile warehouse were significantly cheaper. These tiles are beautiful and I worked the colour scheme around them for my new kitchen. Exceptional quality and striking design. I have had several comments on how nice they are . Professional, quick and hassle free delivery. I have already recommended Tile Warehouse to friends and family.”

“Great experience, ordered many samples from various places. Decided on some from here for my bathroom renovation, olive green ones. Came on the day I had selected. Delivery was great. Happy with my purchase. Added on some grout and things too.”

“The tiles were not like the samples, as some of the colours were faded. Surely a full size sample is supposed to show you what the product you are buying is like. No discounts were offered. Delivery was a day later than expected and I received no notification about this so waited all day. Not super impressed”
