“I'm only an enthusiastic amateur DIYer. Never tiled anything - although I've woken up on them in the morning a few times! I got great information and advice from Tile Warehouse and after successfully completing a small project, now I'm looking around my house for any surface that I could possibly tile onto! “Beautiful green tiles. Look amazing in the bathroom. Delivery was quick. There were quite a few broken tiles but it was quickly resolved with no issues. Would recommend them.”

“I got wood effect tiles that are beautiful and a great price! The customer service was excellent, always a quick and friendly response. I live in N.Ireland and unfortunately some of the tiles were cracked when delivered but they were replaced in a matter of days, which was no hassle at all. I'd definitely buy from here again.”

“Putting the tiles on a small palette is a great idea. Covering the boxes of tiles especially partial boxes with only black plastic is non-sensical since there is nothing to protect the tiles if the courier decides to put anything on top. As a result at least half a dozen tiles arrived with chipped or broken edges.”

“Poor service. Had some issues with delivery. Called and they said it would cost me more to send the tiles back than they were worth. Was given the email address and I’ve emailed twice in the last 3 weeks, and no one has responded to (despite the fact that their autoreply says they will reply with 48 hours). Don’t waste your money.”
