“Lengthy package but helpful maybe incorporating the practical and theory on the same day would make sense”

“I thought the course was very informative and easy to understand. The practical was very good, Herdev and Claire were both very professional, they both delivered the course well giving us plenty of opportunity to practice CPR, using a AED and auto injector epipen along with practicing dressing wounds. The downside was a group of three ladies from a school setting who continually talked among themselves during the day. It was distracting and rude.”

“It was good to cover the broad strokes and have practice with dummies. I always worry about retaining all of the information in the event of a real life emergency though.”

“Final exam glitched out, says I failed but then all of a sudden said I had passed. Had to redo it even tho I got all questions correct and then it caused me to get 90% instead of 100%”
