“Some sticking on the last 10 questions, wouldn't accept 3 of my answers or any answer at all, I had to keep login out and in again, this caused a wrong answer to be registered...I'm gutted about not achieving 100% because of technical issues. :-(”

“The trainers are superb. BUT do make sure you complete the e-learning part within 4 weeks (even though they state 6) as you'll be logged out and have to contact them. They do not email any reminders!”
