I thought the course was very informative and easy to understand. The practical was very good, Herdev and Claire were both very professional, they both delivered the course well giving us plenty of opportunity to practice CPR, using a AED and auto injector epipen along with practicing dressing wounds.
The downside was a group of three ladies from a school setting who continually talked among themselves during the day. It was distracting and rude.
