“I was disappointed that we were not given PE mats to work on. I have arthritis and told the trainer but was not offered any advise. We were mixed in to pairs and I would of preferred to pair with the person that I came with from my own school because of the virus.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your training. Facilities differ across locations and therefore we are not always able to accommodate individual needs. If the trainer is made aware of 'bubbles' within training courses, learners have been paired together, so I apologise if this was not the case on the day for yourself. I can see you had quite the mix of schools within your training group, so perhaps it was not clear to the trainer who was from which, we apologise about. Thank you Tigerlily

“The course was very in depth and easy to use. My only complaint is that some of the final assessment answers are definitely not covered in the course. If there is a question in the final assessment it’s answer should be throughout the course. It is unfair to expect people just to assume the correct answer. It would also be nice to see the result to each question at the end. This is an important topic and therefore it is essential to know if you have misunderstood a part of it.”

“The training was very good Jean Luc was really experinced and was able to keep us engaged. I would like to suggest that the practicals could have been much longer and some of the work done on the white board could have been done online. Other than that great experience will be doing this course again in three years”
