“Following the training session, I undertook the at home training over two weeks and made written notes for each module, which were useful when undertaking the final assessment. I would suggest that the tutors advise participants to do the same if they are undertaking the training over a period of time as these provide a useful summary of the subjects covered and also helpful notes when completing the on-line assessment.”

“A very confidence-building and clear course in paediatric First Aid. Some tech issues - such as trying to complete the box for comments at the very end of the course and finding it kept shutting after three words, or the 'warning' pop-up text boxes being only half-visible on the screen. In spite of this I have learned masses and the interactive design made it engaging. I will often refer to their after-course booklet to help me retain all this vital information.”

“I was disappointed that we were not given PE mats to work on. I have arthritis and told the trainer but was not offered any advise. We were mixed in to pairs and I would of preferred to pair with the person that I came with from my own school because of the virus.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your training. Facilities differ across locations and therefore we are not always able to accommodate individual needs. If the trainer is made aware of 'bubbles' within training courses, learners have been paired together, so I apologise if this was not the case on the day for yourself. I can see you had quite the mix of schools within your training group, so perhaps it was not clear to the trainer who was from which, we apologise about. Thank you Tigerlily

“Course very informative only fault is program is not working well on tablet or phone. You wil need a laptop.”
