I am old school and was hesitant having to do power of online, in faxed I found it ok. The practical training was excellent.

I really enjoyed the tigerlily training and also learning a lot about how to help children with any situations in first aid and am looking forward for the next training.

The online training is informative and easy to navigate, covering many topics in a variety of ways. The instructor for the practical element was full of knowledge and experience which was helpful and made the session interesting, something I was worried about with it being my third time attending this course. He was professional with a friendly manner and allowed for breaks and processing time that in my opinion met the needs of the group. We finished on time and the structure of the day was well thought out, with practical cpr elements near the start but not first which was helpful for me.

More guidance for parking would have been helpful. £14.50 later and the whole group were nearly late to the course as no one knew where to park. This came as a shock after paying £95 for the course. Grant on the other hand was 10/10 one of the best instructors I have ever had.

The trainer Falak we had made the session very fun and enjoyable and I learnt a lot of new things despite doing the training before.

I am hearing impaired. When you have a video with talking and music, it makes it extremely difficult for me to hear what is being said.
