“I am yet to wear my recent purchase but I love the shoes. They are stunning both in craftmanship and the colour I chose. It is absolutely great when you get to feel excited on buying something well worth the costs and complimented by an excellent customer service. I was not expecting the delivery to be as quick nor as smooth. I shall treat myself again and would happily highly recommend Thomas Bird to anyone who wish to shop with confidence knowing they are going to get the best service. A Very Satisfied Customer here. “Shipping was fast and the shoes were packaged well. The shoes fit true to size so no need to engage customer service. Would definitely consider purchasing a second pair of shoes based on how smooth everything was and the quality of shoe received.”

“You did. Awesome. I had return the shoes two different times for a smaller size and you took care of shipping cost and it was a quick process. Thank you so much. You may want to consider a special size guide for American purchasers. The European sizes are a lot different. I’m a size 10 in US and had to go with a size 8 (41) with you all. Cheers.”

“SUPER quality shoes. And I dress is suits almost everyday and always need the right pair to accent my look. But you must break them in carefully. They are constructed very tight so you don't want to get permanent creases in the top that take away from the shoe's aesthetics.”
