We always take care with each customer to add small touches including a signed card with every purchase and wrapping all shoes, boots and belts in protective Thomas Bird dust bags and we think it makes each purchase that little bit more exciting to open. “I have been a shoe guy for over 30 years, purchasing some of the best quality, name brand shoes. That said, I have never worked with a company with such stylish, quality shoes that fit perfectly and customer service that is second to none. “Very professional. The size I ordered was out of stock by the time they got to fulfill my order so they offered to give me a shoe care package for free just to get a different model on my size just to not cancel my order and I did. Got the same color and shoes fit perfect. Not the first pair I get from them and they validated my voucher from previous purchase. Hey, I got a discount, a gift and great looking shoes delivered in less than a week. I’m happy.”

“I forget who said "In character, manner, style, the supreme excellence is simplicity". But that's what Thomas Bird shoes do - without fuss, trimmings or elaborate packaging, they simply allow their shoes to say everything that needs to be said.
