“The boot I purchased I returned due to a slight problem in the inner sole. The staff was really helpful and accomodating and assisted my with the return. The fit was perfect though. Will definitely consider purchasing again.”

“Harrow Cap Toe in Tan. What an absolutely beautiful pair of shoes! The shape is elegant and the color exquisite. The materials, from the leather upper to the leather lining and insole, exhude superior quality. This is my second pair, next to the Buckingham and I look forward to purchasing the Brooklyn in Oxblood. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!!”

“I’m very pleased with the customer service. Shipment was extremely fast. I was surprised to receive shoes on friday from an order placed Wednesday. I’m located in the US so that’s pretty impressive. “The shoes were exceptional. Excellent quality. With that being said I would want the packing of of the shoes to be in a box where the shoe box isn't moving around the shipping box you need to put some type bubble wrap in the shipping box. Because when I received my order this week the shipping box was torn and my shoe box was torn too.”
