“Hand-made shoe that truly looked the part. High-end letter. Most stylish shoe that I ever purchased. Hand-written thank you note was a GREAT touch. Handwritten tag on box itself was nice. 20 on a scale of 1-10!”

“Thomas Bird London has taken excellent care of me. The purchase process was very smooth and my boots actually arrived earlier than I thought they would (more than likely the carrier and not tblon. Still a nice surprise nonetheless). I truly appreciated the hand written note from Samantha as well. Overall, very excellent service which is why I keep coming back.”
