“Simply fabulous. I happen to find Thomas Bird shoes while looking online. I normally purchase my shoes from European designers because, American made shoes are " BORING" the styles are old and never change. European designs fit my personal life style and fashion choices. I purchased two pairs of the Benson shoes and I love them. They have style, color and fit perfectly. Thank you Thomas Bird, You have a customer for life.”

“After a couple of email exchanges regarding sizes I placed my order on the Wednesday and they were delivered the next day. From start to finish the communication and customer service has been fantastic and the standard of shoe is exceptional. The note hand written note within the box is also a very nice personal touch. I'll be back for another pair shortly.”

“Firstly, thank you Samantha and the team for ensuring my delivery would arrive on time (Ordered Wednesday morning and arrived Thursday afternoon). I purchased the Mayfair Black Patent Leather Wholecut shoes and they are beautiful, very high quality and perfectly crafted! Not only are the shoes well packaged, it comes with individual soft dust bags. I would highly recommend this company and products to all. Most definitely will be shopping with you again!”
