“Decent shoes with very poor return and exchange policy and underwhelming customer service. Seems like a good option if you live in London or UK area, if you live in the US or elsewhere then Thomas Bird is not a good option.”

“I have received my second pair from them. The Oxblood patina are stunning. I said I would by another pair. I will now buy more. The Shoes were presented well, shoe bags, laces, small shorn. Good customer experience.”

“Ease of ordering and quality of blue Chelsea boot. I will becoming back for more shoes and boots. The patina in various colours are stunning. The brogues please do more of in your range. I am very happy with the purchase from start to finish. The boots came very well presented. Thomas bird you realise a lot of thought has gone into setting themselves up. I am hoping at some point they will open a retail store.”
