“I was really impressed with the overall quality of the suede & the heel comparred to other chelsea boots i have seen on the market that are half the price. I believe there is a genuine quality difference my only concern i had was the first i wore them, i walked on a gravelish type road with rocks & pebbles on the ground & the bottoms on my boots are perminately scratched & unable to buff them out. I understand overtime that is meant to lose quality but i was shocked to see how much they scuffed up just from one day. So going forward i am going to extra careful to where I walk with these shoes. Overall love the pair & they are my favorite shoe I have ever owned maybe leave a warning about things like that.”

“I have 5 pairs now. But the Benson whole cut doesn't crease as easy as the others I've purchased. I've had the tan while cuts since Oct 2022 & they barely have a crease at the toe. Make all your shoes like this!”

“Love these boots! The presentation was top notch and the leather is incredible. Unfortunately, because the shafts are so narrow, the zipper on my right boot was completely busted while trying to zip them up (the left boot zipped up just fine). I'm a pretty lean guy (6'2'' and 215), so keep that in mind when ordering. Aside from that, I would still recommend buying. Hopefully, I can get the zipper replaced.”

“The online ordering was smooth and intuitive with one exception; for some reason the product was sent expedited via UPS at a cost of 50 British Pounds. I remember not selecting that option and defaulting to standard shipment. Other than that things went very smoothly. I have indicated below that delivery was on time, essentially because I had not expected the product to arrive for a couple of weeks.”
