“the shoes are gorgeous, but slightly too long at the toe”

“Shoes were very nice, Aubergine color was darker than on website, Italian style. Very nice shoes. Main issue was sizing. I wear a size 9 in dress shoes in multiple brands. These shoes ran large and had to be returned for a smaller size, so added expense there but overall easy to do.”

“Placing an order was easy followed by an efficient service. However, I need to return 2 pairs which are the wrong size and could not get any acknowledgement of my communication on this. So I am having to send GBP450 worth of shoes without a confirmation of my email. This is a little concerning!”

“Great product. Just bought two pairs after the price hike. Inner stitching on one of them started to come out after two months so please visit the area. By the way, this is my third review since September for the vouchers but have not received any. Thanks.”

“The observation I have made to date on my purchase, is that the heel PVC section is not very durable. I have only woren the Chelsea boots on four occasions and for short period of time, and was surprised how much the heel has worn down already. Feedback on this issue would be much appreciated, as the product is quite extensive, I would have expected the quality of material used in construction to reflect this. Kind Regards Shaun Ewing”
