I lost a ring of great sentimental value; and had several sleepless nights and hours of anguished searching before contacting THM and putting in a claim. The people I spoke to were so very helpful and calming when I must have sounded like a headless chicken! Michelle and Stephanie....thank you! One piece of advice I will forever follow: take photos of your precious things!

Previously we have had to cover the repair and replacement costs ourselves for damaged jewellery, however after recently taking out insurance cover, this time THM responded promptly and confirmed they would cover our claim for repairing my wife cluster ring when she noticed a diamond missing. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that it was not made clear to me we were missing a form I need to sign and share with our jeweller in order for him to process the claim. All good now, ring sparkling again, its just a pity about the delay in finalising the claim.

We are pleased to hear you felt the team’s responses were prompt and your cover was confirmed quickly when you needed us. We are truly sorry that the settlement process did not feel clear to you. This is our standard process which the team regularly make the effort to explain in full to customers, and which usually flows so smoothly for our customers making claims, so we must apologise if we fell short on this occasion. Thankfully this caused only a minor delay in the settlement of your claim, and we are delighted to hear you report back that all is well and the ring is sparkling once more! It is very important to us that we act on customer feedback like yours so that we can continue to make improvements. Currently we provide to the customer the acceptance form you mention together with the formal letter that confirms authorisation of the claim, and in some cases - such as yours - we also speak with the jeweller to verify the settlement process and provide a copy to them of the acceptance form. It is part of TH March’s mission to give our customers dedicated support during a claim, so it is imperative we make this process clear throughout the claims journey for all customers. If you feel there is a way the process could be made more clear, we would keenly welcome any feedback so that we may review our processes. Best decision ever choosing to insure my partners engagement ring. When we came back from a night out and realised the diamond was missing, we were worried but T H March and Steph in particular were amazing and reassured us not be stressed. Always kept us in the loop right till we got a replacement ring. I couldn’t thank Steph and the team anymore, highly recommend

TH March have been a pleasure to work with. I worked with Steph for a much loved piece of jewellery. She has been extremely understanding and helpful at a very stressful time for me. Jayde Bassett with whom I dealt for a claim for repairs on my Rolex watch which was comprehensively smashed when it was dropped on a very hard surface. Her advice was excellent, she organised for payment direct to the Rolex agents and could not have been more helpful.

I recently had to claim for a watch (after it was stolen) and I cannot rate TH March highly enough. They were supportive, professional and efficient throughout. After a rather unpleasant experience in having the watch stolen I was worried that the claim process would be challenging and difficult but it was the complete opposite. So grateful to the team for their support!

1st Class customer service, we have never claimed from any insurance company until now. we expected lots of hassle and expected the worst when the diamond went missing from my ring. However, the whole process with TH March from the beginning to the end was professional and straight forward, and pain free, the claim was processed swiftly. We have ordered the replacement item and are grateful for their compassion, understanding and hassle-free approach to enable this to happen. Highly recommended thanks for installing our confidence in insurance companies after hearing so many dreadful stories we certainly chose the right company to do business with. Would highly recommend TH March to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Our claim was a little different in that it was an unexplained loss uncovered when my father had passed away and were sorting his belongings. Mum is obviously distraught that we cannot find three family heirloom, one piece being the last thing dad brought her. They were not especially valuable and given the circumstances it could have been a different outcome. However, we explained the full circumstances to Michelle Hayward who dealt with this professionally and promptly. Within a day or so a positive decision was made, without fuss and with great compassion. Yes we needed to complete some forms and report it to a claims loss company. But that was simple to do and totally understandable. Would I recommend TH March, Yes. Do i usually leave feedback Rarely.
