“I have been a customer of TH March for my watch insurance, and I must say that my experience has been exceptional. Their customer service team is top-notch. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance with a claim, they have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for instance coverage due to their comprehensive coverage, outstanding customer service, fair claims process and flexibility.”

“Not sure whether they obtain the cheapest cover, but the settlement of my recent claim following the loss of my wife's eternity ring was handled and completed expeditiously and satisfactorily.”

“TH March were excellent in handling my claim for my lost wedding ring. I provided them all of the details, and got a response back in a couple of days confirming that a new ring would be made for me at no cost to myself. TH March were excellent throughout the process, and I thoroughly recommend them!”

“We have had our insurance with TH March for approx 15 years and luckily never needed to claim, however unfortunately we had to claim for a repair in March. We were extremely impressed with the whole process between our jeweller and TH March, which from submission of claim to authorisation to repair was quick and stress free.”
