“Absolutely great service from the team. It would have been five stars but the claim form advised that I needed to report my loss to the Police! This is no longer the case it is all online. Please update your form. Or maybe ask your representatives to advise clients who are already traumatised at their loss.”

Dear Susan We are delighted we were able to be there for you when you needed us and that you found the service absolutely great. Thank you for taking the time to provide your 4 star feedback. It is common practice for insurance companies to make it compulsory that losses are reported to the police, and policy documents will often stipulate this. In turn, we have to make sure we convey such necessary terms and conditions to our customers. This requirement means that the loss must be reported through whatever means the customer’s police station (local to the incident, be that home or away, even abroad) demands. Sometimes police stations offer online forms, but not always. This is why we have to ask this question very generically (“must be reported to the police”). We really do appreciate the feedback, and it is something to raise with the insurance companies we work with on how this might be better worded so the meaning is clear to all. It’s really important to us that our customers feel supported, particularly at times like this when they need us the most, so the more we can do to improve what we do the better. “Had a little issue with my wifes ring one of the stone come out and i had no issued with TH match to pay out for the cost and getting it repaired i’m glad to be part of this company out of 1000s of others”

“You never ever think that it is possible to lose a diamond ring when out of the blue it happens to you. Always more worth it to have valuable/sentimental items insured. Insuring my wife’s ring with TH March was without a doubt the best decision we made with the ring. They have been smooth, supportive and flexible throughout the whole process updating me constantly. Charlotte helped with our claim. She always answered all the questions we had and was patient with us when we were obviously very anxious and upset. We could not have asked for someone better to manage our claim.”

“Fantastic insurance company. It's the first time we've ever had to claim on insurance, and we'd heard so many horror stories from friends and family, that we expected the worst. However, the whole process with TH March was straight forward, and pain free, plus the claim was processed exceptionally quickly. We picked up the replacement item this afternoon and we feel so happy once again. Would highly recommend TH March to anyone, and will definitely use their services again in the future.”
