“Usual great service and products. Unfortunately my last purchase was not as expected. I'd filtered 4 ply yarn and just ordered the colours I really liked. However this was dk when it arrived. (I have known wrong weights to show on the ball bands so thought it was going to be 4 ply). I decided to adapt my pattern, but of course I've already had to pay one lot of postage, and will now need to pay again as, of course, more yarn is needed. Pity really as if I'd purchased all the yarn initially it would have been post free. My yarn choice was not one kept in store so even if I had journeyed to Alford I could not have viewed it prior to purchase.”
