“Very very pleased with the service I received My yarn came within a few days of ordering That's what I call service I only wish I lived closer instead of miles away, I would've have been there every day so I could have met you all. The yarn I bought was fantastic value for the money I only wish I could knit faster So I could have bought more and met you all”

“I went to the Skegness store recently, and there is such a wide variety of yarn to choose from and at a wide variety of prices. The staff there were also nice and friendly. I have also used their website in the past and found it nice and easy to navigate.”

“I never fail to be impressed by the service at The Wool Factory. I’m lucky enough to live locally and am able to collect the yarn I choose online. I’m always met with a friendly face. I’ve used the Alford shop often when I’ve wanted to “feel” the yarn, but I shop more online when I know what the yarn is like already. I’ve yet to visit the new Skegness shop but will go soon. Grant and his staff should feel proud of how well they are doing and the service they provide.”

“The wool quality provided is tremendous, Woolcraft baby care Dk is ideal for babies to adults alike.It is so soft and washes beautifully. I would also recommend Jarol baby rambler Aran, Woolcraft New Fashion Dk and Cygnet Pato chunky. Wool arrives neatly packed within 5-7 days depending whether you ordered at a weekend or not.”
