“Been using this company for several years and the quality etc of their wool is beyond doubt superior to that in any wool shop around the country. Quick delivery and never had any problems with orders. Apart from all this their prices are extremely competitive and wouldn't go elsewhere. Thank you all.”

“Can't fault their customer service. I had not received my wool and e-mailed to ask if there was a problem? Quick response to my query, more wool sent out by first class, received it the next day. The other lot has got lost somewhere down the line, and still waiting for it to turn up! Hope Royal Mail is as quick to answer as you are! Happy with wool, and can now complete my blankey.”

“I placed a click and collect order for the first time. My order was ready quickly for collection. I went and collected it and had a look around the shop, ( how can you not). When I got home I realised that one of the items I already had. So a few days later I went and changed it. The lady in the shop was lovely, absolutely no problem changing the item. I found the click and collect easy and efficient and would definitely use it again. It’s always a pleasure to shop here.”
