“Everything fantastic. From online ordering to delivery. I went to the shop to look round whilst on holiday and spent fortune. Much to hubby's dismay. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good quality wool at a good price. Joined the VIP club and just had my 2nd delivery. A big thank you from me, but not my hubby. In his words "all I can hear is click click of bloody needles".”

“I ordered crochet cotton in the afternoon. It arrived the following day. The cottonis high quality and a perfect colour match for the dress I'm adding panels to. I got a very witty email confirming my order which I don't normally read but this one conjured up a lovely place to work in. Excellent highly recommend”

When a digital pattern is purchased, it's made instantly available via a web portal for your convenience, and the order is considered fulfilled at that point. Because of licensing agreements with the pattern’s publisher, we’re unable to produce or substitute digital files with paper copies. While we understand the preference for a printed version, unfortunately we’re not permitted to create or supply one unless it’s specifically sold in that format. If you're ever unsure about a product format before purchasing, we’re always happy to help clarify—please don't hesitate to reach out.

“I cannot praise this team enough. I have ordered online and received notification that my order is ready within 30 minutes! I visit the shops to get advice on matching wools, colours, gain ideas and get hugs! 🤗 It is more like belonging to a family than being a customer and long May it last!”
