“I have used The Wool Factory for years as they provide an excellent service. Their wool is very reasonably priced and good quality. There is a great variety of types and colours available. Delivery is quick. Any discrepancy is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Love them.”

“I was disappointed that I never received my order. Received notification from DPD that my order was being cancelled and returned to the wool factory. I had emaile to ask who would be refunding my next day delivery charge, David and Vicky both quoted back a generic response, not be happy with the reply I emailed again only this time to get a reply from Vicky with some of the text being in capitals, with my customer service experience I know she was shouting back at me. This was my first order and I can tell you it most certainly will be the last. I also have to mention I got my delivery charge back.”

“My bank manager hates you. My husband hates you. My arthritic hands are in two minds about you, because they're having to move more. Me though, I flippin' love you. Always fantastic products, always fast and environmentally friendly packaging and delivery. My cats love you too, because the more blankets I crochet the more beds they have, and there's one cat who is obsessed with licking the lovely gauze bags that get reused several times (usually for loose fruit and veggies) and they can play with the skeins of embroidery wool that fall out and get scattered about the house. Then I have to buy a replacement skein. Are you secretly employing cats to hide your products to their owners have to buy more?”
