“Was unable to place my order on line, so I called workplace, spoke to a lovely Lady called Meg who was able to take my order over the phone. Very professional and exceptionally helpful. She was like a breath of fresh air, and made the whole process very easy. 5 Star. If the delivery process is as good as she then I will be very happy.”

“On trying to place an order, I found that it wasn't that easy! On calling the sales office with all the information as I thought necessary , I was told to submit the order via email.This I did.A reply from yourselves indicated that I hadn't included the product code,yet the same information was given ,both with phone and email! The moral of the story here, is that perhaps the sales team ought to be better acquainted with products and their respective codes in order to process orders much quicker and efficiently.Overall, prices are very competitive and service and delivery very good.In conclusion, if I was to use The Workplace again, I would hope that a telephone order would be sufficient,backed up with any other information as required by yourselves.I would hope that these comments are received in a constructive way, and not regarded as a negative response.”

“Delivery was quick and item was as described. However the parts weren’t labelled and few look similar eg shelves/roof/floor which made assembly more of a challenge. Also an indication of front vs back on the panels would have been helpful”

“Just recieved my brand new locker from the work place depot, opened it to find it is bent out of shape with 3 big dents and a scratch on the side. The returns jargon is a joke and designed as always to waste your time and make you give up. A shoddy piece of tat, produced by a shoddy greedy company.”

“We have had excellent service on our order. Only placed it on 18/05/2023 and it was delivered next day. Price was good. We use buy on occasion when we need bins on wheels for our business.”
