“Don't buy from this company there products are cheap rubbish that doesn't fit together. Locking tabs are completely different to the ones shown on pictures and instructions so it doesn't lock together just falls apart complete scam products”

“DO NOT BUY anything from The WorkPlace Depot. We were a loyal customer buying 1 particular product from them over many years - and whilst they will sell you a product - they leave you in the lurch with not offering replacement parts needed on that item. Its ridiculous - and had we known this would be the case - we would not have dealt with these people. If you think you need anything from The Workplace Depot - id advise you to shop elsewhere.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're looking for a replacement part for a product you've purchased. Unfortunately, due to the size of our product range, over 20,000 workplace products, we're unable to stock or supply spare parts for every item we sell. The variety and volume of products make it impractical to hold replacement components for every model. Where a product has a manufacturing fault and replacement components are available, we will always do our best to supply the necessary parts. In some cases, however, the most appropriate resolution may be to provide a replacement product instead, depending on the item and the nature of the issue. We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we understand your disappointment. If your product has simply reached the end of its serviceable life through normal wear and tear, we'd be more than happy to help you find a suitable replacement and recommend the most appropriate option for your requirements. “I placed an order through Amazon for a roller tool cabinet and was given the delivery date of 24/2/2026, which I booked off work to be around for the delivery. Tracking information gave Royal Mail and that they were expecting the parcel, and a tracking number that registered on the RM site saying they were expecting it. Only problem was that PalletForce were used and this information was not updated, leaving both Amazon and myself blind. Had to find their website and email in, then to be told it was Palletforce and due between 11 and 2pm. It didn't arrive and I then found that the courier had broken down. Next day delivery added but I needed it to come to my work, which they said there was a redelivery charge for. Redelivery after no delivery? I cancelled the order and have bought a roller cabinet from a local supplier. Not a good customer experience and then being asked to pay for the redelivery are the reasons for the 1 star rating.”

“Ordered a lawn roller from workplace depot at an amazing price. Delivery was scheduled for next day but FedEx failed to deliver. However the product itself is well made and seems extremely sturdy. Will definitely buy from Workplace Depot again.”

“Do not buy anything from this company. Read other reviews, this is not just me. They are unprofessional, incompetent at what they supposedly do and then massively aggressive when you contact them about an issue. They sent an item of mine to the wrong address, insisting it was me who inputted the incorrect address. Bare in mind, the address inputted was full including post code etc of a place I have never been to or even heard of the area and they refuse to give me a refund, new item or even have their courier pick the item back up and re-send it or refund me. An absolute terrible and intimidating company. STAY AWAY”

“Absolutely fantastic service, had a faulty lock on our telescopic barrier after sending a video of the problem not only did they send me a new lock but a complete replacement unit, a big thumbs up to the workplace depot and to Luke for sorting out for me with a next day delivery 👍 thank you”

“Ordered 2 cabinets and am a first time buyer. Great communication from the company and prompt and efficient delivery. More than happy with the products, well packaged and safely delivered. Assembly instructions were a little confusing BUT if you have any doubt, please refer to the website as there is a short but very helpful video. Brilliant!! Will use this company again. “I purchased 4 retractable parking posts. The core product is great and the delivery very quick. With the posts comes a padlock that you lock to secure the post in the upright position. When the post is down it would make sense for the padlock to affix to the pull up handle so it doesn't need to be kept indoors or in a vehicle etc. Unfortunately the padlock supplied is too small and I now need to purchase 4 new padlocks. I did query this with the company but they said it wasn't down to them which seemed a bit of a cop out. Hopefully they can feed back to their supplier.”

“I ordered a 'Festival Cart' which arrived the next day, as promised, but one of the wheels was faulty. One email to the company later and a replacement unit was on its way to me. Outstanding customer service, great quality products, and great value for money. One very satisfied customer!”

“This company DO NOT guarantee next day delivery as advertised. I ordered a bench last Thursday within the timeframe for their guaranteed delivery. Waited in all day Friday, it didn't arrive. Was told it would arrive Monday so waited in all day. Guess what? It didn't arrive. Can't spend the rest of life at home on the off chance something might turn up so will try and get my money back but don't hold out much hope. Customer services useless.”

“Bought a gas cage from this company and the build quality is terrible! Nothing lined up and the door hinges are very flimsy. Looks like it was mass produced in the far east. Ended up buying a replacement elsewhere. As the saying goes, buy cheap buy twice!!”
