“The storage cabinet arrived at the correct date and time. However, the assembly instructions were comically bad. The drawings were small and difficult to interpret. The large metal panels (front, back and sides) warp incredibly easily. The net result is I have a new storage cabinet that already looks 5 years old. Yes, you could argue some of this is user error but I would recommend caution for non-tradespeople.”

“The product is of good quality and priced reasonably. When there was an error in the order, their customer service was exceptional. They mistakenly delivered the wrong type of 4-step ladder to me, but a brief call sorted everything out. They promptly arranged for the return of the incorrect ladder and ensured the right one reached me. The entire issue was resolved seamlessly within a few days”
