I purchased on the 30th September 18 lockers 10SKULocker-5r and 8SKU locker -5r each were supplied with 2 Keys . For insurance purposes I wished to buy extra keys to my surprise THE WORKPLACE cannot supply additional keys ? So if you buy these lockers and loose the keys you cannot get replacement cut .

The storage cabinet arrived at the correct date and time. However, the assembly instructions were comically bad. The drawings were small and difficult to interpret. The large metal panels (front, back and sides) warp incredibly easily. The net result is I have a new storage cabinet that already looks 5 years old. Yes, you could argue some of this is user error but I would recommend caution for non-tradespeople.

Ordered Sunday its now Wednesday night still no delivery after being promised twice it was out for delivery. Two days wasted and still no product delivered

Awful company wont take back faulty return, no customer care given in my opinion. Will avoid in future, plenty of companies i deal with offer customer care and satisfaction.

Just recieved my brand new locker from the work place depot, opened it to find it is bent out of shape with 3 big dents and a scratch on the side. The returns jargon is a joke and designed as always to waste your time and make you give up. A shoddy piece of tat, produced by a shoddy greedy company.

Very disappointing experience - ordered a product that was not as described. The return process has been shockingly bad both in terms of time and service. The company refuses to pay return postage. I would not recommend this company.

Bought a desk yesterday at 12:30pm for next day delivery. It's 6:15pm right now and still not here.waste of time. Haven't been emailed called or anything! I will never do business with this company again!

Website said "in stock". Ordered given tracking number then told it's not in stock till March and offered some other stuff with a two week lead. This despite their website still saying "in stock" when they are telling me no stock. Shoddy and causing me commercial delay. Never again.

13 Days after the invoice was sent and the items paid for. We are not prepared to wait any longer, we feel that 13 days is more than long enough to take some boxes from a warehouse and put them in a lorry, then to offer another week for ones that you actually dont have in stock is quite frankly ridiculous, or an additional month for ones we had originally ordered in good faith. Sadly this could have been the start of a lot more orders but as you are clearly not interested in our business, we will now have to purchase elsewhere. If we hadnt of chased you we would have still been waiting a year on ! Not very good customer service.

I ordered 20 tensa barriers seven weeks ago, to enable social distancing at a museum. The person on the phone let me know that they were currently out of stock, but would be with us by early September. The payment was immediately processed by Workplace Depot, though we did not get a confirmation through until I chased it up multiple times. Eventually I was told that the invoice would be issued when the order was being fulfilled. I asked for updates on the order several weeks ago and was informed that the barriers would definitely be with us by the end of the second week of September at the latest. I again rang on Tuesday morning and was informed by the man who answered that he 'was looking at the boxes being ready to be collected' and that we should expect it on Wednesday (today). I rang on the Wednesday at 14.45 and spoke to the same man, who 'remembered my order' and said that the courier was out for delivery and would arrive before 6. At 5.30, having not had a delivery, I rang again, and the lady I spoke to told me that the shipment was 'delayed at sea!' As a museum that has to ensure the safety of its visitors, and who are opening again tomorrow for the first time in six months, we want to create a safe and welcoming environment. Workplace Depot made this very difficult for the museum and our visitors due to their rampant unprofessionalism. It is completely unacceptable behaviour top to bottom, from taking money immediately without issuing an invoice, to either lying or misinforming the customer when queried. I immediately cancelled our order and asked for an immediate refund.

Needed the barrier next day but only the bottom frame arrived, no barriers. Emailed customer service and didn't get a response back
