“Absolutely fantastic service, had a faulty lock on our telescopic barrier after sending a video of the problem not only did they send me a new lock but a complete replacement unit, a big thumbs up to the workplace depot and to Luke for sorting out for me with a next day delivery 👍 thank you”

“Ordered 2 cabinets and am a first time buyer. Great communication from the company and prompt and efficient delivery. More than happy with the products, well packaged and safely delivered. Assembly instructions were a little confusing BUT if you have any doubt, please refer to the website as there is a short but very helpful video. Brilliant!! Will use this company again. “Service and product both excellent. I ordered a small metal trolley for the garden. There was a small defect when it arrived. The lady at customer services could not have been more helpful - all sorted very promptly over the phone. I have been using the trolley for 4 weeks now. It is perfect and extremely good value. I have been very impressed and will be using this company again.”

“First time ordering from The Workplace Depot. Delivery was fast, but unfortunately one item was damaged in transit. Emailed Olivia in customer service, who responded very quickly (on a Sunday), and arranged for a replacement to be sent out asap. Very impressed by this company, I will definitely use them again.”

“I am so pleased with the shelving unit, it is perfect for what I need. I altered my guest room into a sewing room and needed a shelving unit to put all the fabric etc on, and found the workplace depot...Their shelving unit looked and is perfect for what I need and am so pleased I chose this one.. It holds an incredible amount (two rooms of fabric etc are now on the shelves with room for more), it arrived early, was very easy to put together and sits unobtrusively but effectively in my sewing room. The price was so very reasonable and the staff very helpful. A perfect shelving unit, and I say a huge "Thank you" to the workplace depot for making life a little bit easier and a lot more effective.”
