“I purchased 4 retractable parking posts. The core product is great and the delivery very quick. With the posts comes a padlock that you lock to secure the post in the upright position. When the post is down it would make sense for the padlock to affix to the pull up handle so it doesn't need to be kept indoors or in a vehicle etc. Unfortunately the padlock supplied is too small and I now need to purchase 4 new padlocks. I did query this with the company but they said it wasn't down to them which seemed a bit of a cop out. Hopefully they can feed back to their supplier.”

“Brilliant next day delivery service item was well packed but I was dissapointed by the fact that it was very flimsy, suspect it's made in China. My previous ladder was aluminium and lightweight but felt a lot more sturdy and was well over 10 yeard old unfortunately I lent it to someone who was moving house and never got it back”

“I bought a single door locker. A real pain to assemble and sadly this locker is cheaply made. Very disappointed with it”
