“We had the trolly donated to us from a charity here at Johnson Hospital and one of the wheels was making a noise and wobbling badly, as we need the trolly to deliver the stock and parcels it is a vital part of equipment for us so I contacted customer services and on the same day they had the problem sorted and the new part being delivered the next day. Cannot say how happy I am for the quick and prompt service especially the 2 ladys I have been dealing with. Thank you so much.”

“The customer service was amazing (as usual). I received a workbench which I intend on using in my garage. It is ideal for what I want to use it for. I am an avid DIYer and I am sure I will get lots of use out of it. The assembly was a bit tricky but once I figured out what it should look like, it was easier to assemble. I might get more in the future.”
