“Not very good the day I enquired was one price, the following day it went up over £200, I only went with them because I needed cover will never use them again, I thought hastings direct were fair but I found out to my cost they are not!!”

“Way more expensive,then after wasting my time online,some clown from the office cold calls me to say they could get a better price ,wasted my time and offered me a worse price.Waste of time ,don’t use again”

“They quote a cheap price on line then use any excuse to say you haven’t done it right, then try and sell you a more expensive policy. When it happened this year I remembered they had done exactly the same thing to me the year before.”

“Great problem proving my NCB on other vehicle won't accept letters emails from other company. Won't except j peg documents. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out.”

“Most useless company I've genuinely had the displeasure of ATTEMPTING to use. Gave me a decent quote for insurance I paid what I assumed was the deposit albeit was only £5 first time then £6 the second time so not big money. Got a link to their My Portal telling me I was insured but had to phone again to validate. Twice I went through this and both times was told my insurance quote was no longer valid and they couldn't offer the discount and I would have to go through the process again. I was never insured once. I believe they take your deposit and then search further for insurance quotes. COMPLETE SCAM AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Direct Line were £40 more expensive and I had my Certificate seconds after paying.”

“I believe I have been over charged with too little options, for instant I am the only person who can drive this van and it's commercial insurance. I have see other insurance offering a policy anyone who is over 25 years can drive. So that I feel I am stuck with this policy”

“Horrific experience with QUOTELINE DIRECT, they upped the cost of the policy without explanation, and when I cancelled the policy, they charged me a further £70. Absolute scam, do not use 😒”

“I paid £330.35 for van insurance. They cancelled my insurance due to apparently undisclosed facts. Namely I had misled them about my annual mileage. Even though I told them I was now retired and my mileage would be 5 to 6 thousand. When they checked my previous annual mileage while I was working and using my van on a daily basis so the mileage was more than double . That was the excuse to cancel my insurance. Now causing me extreme problems to get insurance. I paid over £330 and they returned me £222.56. All for about three weeks insurance.”
