“Insurance product is fine and fits my needs however if you want to make any changes or amendments they charge you £40 for the privilege every time.”

“What a painful process. Completed ALL details on line to be told we needed to ring urgently. Horrendous lines unable to hear the call handler line disconnected so had to ring back and be put on hold again to be put through to an alternative call handler. All questions I’d already answered were asked again 60 minutes later we were finally sorted. I shan’t be out through this painful experience again will be going elsewhere next time.”

“Eventually spoke to Michael in motorhome dept but had over 10 calls and mails requesting information already provided or spoken about so departments need to communicate better. Michael was great and sorted things out”

“The only complaint I have is that I asked for my direct debit to be set up for the 14 th of each month as that’s the date I get paid and funds would be available however this wasn’t done costing me an extra £30 so far hopefully this as been corrected as I do not wish to pay an extra £300 a year for my van insurance”

“I wanted insurance for my van, not a policy with bells and whistles. Van Insure gave me a policy which met my needs and at a reasonable price. Setting up the policy was a bit long winded, I filled my details online but had to give the details again on a phone call, I was busy at the time on a roof so it was not convenient.”

“Got a good quote was happy paid in full , I thought this digital online is the way to go , BUT then I needed to do there job uploading driving licence proof of no claims etc , which I thought they should do so if your not good with computers ring them instead but be prepared to wait a while.”

“When you fill in the questions you ask which you say are mandatory, the companies don't read them right, I asked for emails only within seconds of sending asking for quotes I received approx 9 phone calls from all over the country trying to sell you a policy this goes on for about 4 days, not Impressed hence the rating”

“Hi, yes, I find your site very good... however... your number that you say to call you on if we fid a cheaper price and you will beat it does not allow us to talk to you ... it took me to a broker!! That is not good... it is misleading advertising. I really wanted to speak to someone as I found a cheaper deal on YOUR site the day following purchasing a policy!”
