lines of sensible communication almost impossible with your company. Also rediculous increase in premium. Will not use again.

Whilst I'm happy with the competitive cost of the policy I'm very unhappy with the policy of auto renewal! This is a con! I have van insurance and motorbike insurance and before renewal I shopped around for a better price and changed insurance company for both and then auto renewal took a full year of insurance for both old insurance suppliers so I had two policy's for each vehicle! I had to take time out of my busy day waiting on a call queuing system for ages! The lame excuse for auto renewal is to stop people being uninsured, well I'm responsible enough to make sure that I'm insured as the vehicles are relavely expensive and I don't drive uninsured but I don't need the nanny state and mafioso insurance company's taking advantage! I used to go to the bank and make sure there wasn't enough funds for them to steal my money without consent but there is no bank near to me anymore and its a 40 mile round trip-thanks lloyds! Your shysters on the same level as insurance companys! I would have given a higher rating but with what happens every year I won't give a decent rating whilst auto renewal is in place! BAN AUTO RENEWAL NOW!!!

Poor service. Used in 2022 great. Whilst in hospital, I had to cancel DD, had to renew again through van direct. I've been loaded with over £300 due to this fact. Had convo and sent emails to no resolve. Go direct in future, not a broker. Unhappy.

this insurance is very expensive for me ,on the website we have taken out insurance for 2600, and your broker has made £ 4,600 ,I'm a small businessman, just me and my car, we need business insurance, but I didn't expect to pay half the price of my car just insurance

Wasn't overly impressed with the whole process. The website seemed easy to use. But you just put your details on there and I got inundated with phone calls for the next week or so and ended up having to block a number of them because they wouldn't stop calling back. I'd prefer if I could just see my quote online like other comparison websites.

Did an online quote stating the Full EU nature of my driving license. Quoted a certain amount, I was then asked to pay 600 additional pounds when specified (on the phone) that the license was Italian, without any explanation on the reason of this ridiculous extra charge. I guess this have to do more with the insurance company ethic (null) than with the site itself, but expect surprises, with quotes not matching the final price. I suggest Van Insurer should put more effort to avoid/limit that, 600 pound difference is a lot of difference.

My quote almost doubled when I told them that I had access to another vehicle, although I never drive the other vehicle since accepting the quote from you???

Got inundated with phone calls, even the quotes received on this website had to be requoted once I contacted the insurance companies. So ended up going through the whole process again on the phone only to get a completely different price.
