“Over 3 and half years have been waiting for my non fault to be closed, only to be told third party admitted liability literally 3 months after the incident. Now I have to wait for hard party to pay these scammers off before they can closed my claim. Even though this was clearly not my fault, I've had to pay the premiums and will have do so until third party decide to pay these scammers. These do not look after customers whatsoeve, all they care about is money”

“I filled out the forms on the van insurer website, when I took out a policy, apparently I had declared I don't have any non motoring convictions ( not true, unfortunately I do). But this means that the insurance policy I took out is invalid and I have to pay a cancellation fee even though I'm in the cooling off period and I have to now say I have been turned down for van insurance. ( Also Mustard is an identical form so don't use if you have a conviction)”

“Please please please do not use this company to insure your van I used them dint realise I could only use my not claims on one vehicle don’t worry they said once you’ve cancelled your old policy the price will come down to the original quote yeah right charging me £600 more a year and wanted to give me a £30 refund been over two months now and it’s still not sorted out so save yourself the aggravation and use someone els!!!!!”
