“My experience with Tile Experience was first class, there was a mix up with the delivery date, I phoned the phone number on my email receipt and it was dealt with that day. The delivery delay was due to the courier and not the company, I received my order the next day as promised. Can’t fault the company, thanks.”

“The ordering procedure was simple and the quality of the tiles and packaging was excellent. However the delivery was appalling. The small package, though correctly addressed, was delivered to the wrong street. Following three phone calls to the courier (none returned) I was advised that the best thing to do, as the package was only a few streets away, was to retrieve the package myself. As the package was left on the doorstep in full view of all passers-by I was able to collect it myself.”

“First got a free sample tile, which arrived quickly. Placed a full order from that, which also arrived quickly. Had a problem with the online discount code, but they sorted that out politely and quickly, ringing me back in no time at all. All in all, a good customer experience.”
