“Got sample sent in advance. Was happy with sample and ordered 2 bags. Was able to organise specific day for delivery, and was contacted on the day by courier to double check all was ok. Was waiting on driveway for me getting home. All very easy and happy with service. Stones look great and I have some left over!”

“Thank you for the help you gave me on ordering .lt all arrived on time.The only thing that would be better is if the lorry had a crane so they could lift the bags on to the area needed to be covered.”

Hi Ray, Thank you for the lovely feedback, as I said on the phone whilst helping you it's what I'm here for so no problems at all, thank you for the 5 stars. The delivery company we outsource to doesn't use hi-ab or crane vehicles to lift the bags over walls/fences etc, it's just the tail-lift so sorry about this. “The stones are exactley what i wanted and price and delivery great so why the 3 stars So much dust covering stones we have had to sieve them 2-3 wheel barrows of chalky dust per bulk bag?”

“Very happy with product and excellent customer service. Unfortunate experience with the sub contractor for Palletways, however Jackie quickly sorted this out. Delivery companies would do well to have the same standards of customer service as this company.”

“I ordered .85 Tonne bag of Polar White Stone Chippings and wasn't sure about ordering online, but I couldn't find anything suitable locally. There was a small problem, as I ordered over the weekend and they ran out of stock, but Jacqui contacted me early on to let me know and as to whether I wanted a refund. As it happened, more stock arrived that day and my order was only a day later than planned. Even the delivery guy took the trouble to get the pallet close to my back gate (which wouldn't have been possible with a HIAB crane!). All in all a superb service, price and product - that looks stunning! Will definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!”
