All of the products we sell are naturally quarried so an element of dust will be on the products which can vary from bag to bag, we don't have any washing facilities on-site unfortunately so I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. “Very happy with product and excellent customer service. Unfortunate experience with the sub contractor for Palletways, however Jackie quickly sorted this out. Delivery companies would do well to have the same standards of customer service as this company.”

“I ordered .85 Tonne bag of Polar White Stone Chippings and wasn't sure about ordering online, but I couldn't find anything suitable locally. There was a small problem, as I ordered over the weekend and they ran out of stock, but Jacqui contacted me early on to let me know and as to whether I wanted a refund. As it happened, more stock arrived that day and my order was only a day later than planned. Even the delivery guy took the trouble to get the pallet close to my back gate (which wouldn't have been possible with a HIAB crane!). All in all a superb service, price and product - that looks stunning! Will definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!”

“Ordered 4x850kilo bags of Cotswold buff chippings. The price was very competitive and the delivery quick and painless. I was a little worried about the colour as it's a natural product but once raked out it was perfect and brightens the whole aspect of my home. Thank you.”

“Stone was OK but covered in mud,there was a lot of tiny pieces of shale mixed in and a lot of this at the bottom of the bags which got onto the garden when trying to empty the bags .it won't wash away and weeds get a hold in this mix of mud and tiny bits of slate,it also doesn't look good as it gets on the top of your stones because it's at the bottom of the bag”

All of the products we sell are naturally quarried so an element of dust will be on the products which can vary from bag to bag, from the wet weather we've recently had this dust can get wet and then dry as mud-like, we don't have any washing facilities on-site, unfortunately so I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
