Refusal to respond to my queries about my refund, refusing to pay the refund back even though i have proof of it being signed for upon return, 11 days after you reveived it and still no refund and 4 messages ignored

Bit disappointed that the website says tie pocket square and cufflinks but they arrived without the cufflinks, I emailed twice to see where the cufflinks are but not had a reply.

Didn't like the way you betrayed the item in your catalogue online need to adjust the way you put up your items ie if you say waistcoat say only in red so the customer knows they are only getting a waistcoat not when they put in the order to find out that not what they getting.

I ordered a shirt on 7 January. I paid the next day delivery charge (as the standard delivery charge has somehow not made it to the checkout (you might want to look into that). My shirt has not arrived. It was ordered for a wedding, which is this Saturday (21st Jan), so I now have to find another shirt. Your shirts are not cheap, and when mine arrives (eventually), it will sadly be my last purchase from you. I realise losing my business is not going to affect your business, so you probably don’t care… but I hope this email might make you look into my situation, and stop this happening to others. Can you please tell me when I will be getting my ‘next day delivery’ as I have another wedding coming up… and it would be nice to have the shirt for that. Thanks for listening. Dave

I ordered 5 suits for my wedding and as it was a big order they said they would give me a discount - but I had to wait for the manager to call. A few months down the line they are ignoring my calls and emails. I’m also not impressed with some of the lining within the jackets, but I cannot contact them to address this problem.

Placed an order on their last day to guarantee Christmas delivery. They processed the order, acknowledged the order with next day delivery. Then just before close of business that day they sent me an e-mail stating they could not fulfill my order and would issue a refund. Any other time of year this may have been ok (although still poor service), however this was a Christmas present for my son!! Would not trust this company with future orders.

I ordered two shirts.One that I was specifically hunting for on the web ( Guide of London Skull design )and a second one as an impulsive buy as it was in the sale and pleasing to the eye. I completed the purchase and waited for them to arrive…with some excitement I might add as I had scoured the net for the Skull design. When the package arrived only the impulse buy shirt was sent and on checking I saw a refund for the Skull shirt I really wanted. NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER…… Is this really how you do business… Luckily I managed to get the said shirt from a reputable dealer no problems and brilliant communication.

terrible experience, I ordered a tie and a shirt, the tie for a wedding so paid the fast delivery of £9.00 I was sent the shirt but no tie, no email or contact regarding the item which was the only reason I placed the order, and paid extra for fast delivery. I've tried all of the telephone numbers I can find for the company and no one answers. Have sent emails and no one answers. This is disgusting. Premium price and poor service

I was very disappointed in the condition of the shirt when it arrived, I have ordered numerous Claudio Lugli shirts from other retailers and they have always arrived packaged and in pristine condition, this shirt arrived unpackaged just stuffed in the postal bag, it was so creased it looked like it had either been worn or I’d received what had been someone else’s return item. I had to steam it before wrapping to give as a Christmas gift. To add insult I paid £79.99. (less 10% for signing to news letter) however there was a price sticker on the sales tag on the shirt showing a price of £69.99. I was a new customer to The Shirt Store but won’t be purchasing from you again.

I ordered a pair of shoes in October but as at 16 November they still haven't been received. I tried ringing Customer Service on three occasions on the 16th but no-one picked up the phone. I sent an e- mail asking for details, including a tracking code but no reply has been received. WHERE ARE YOU SHIRT COMPANY? I cannot answer any of your other questions as I haven't received them as yet!!!

I couldn't give 0 out of 5. Customer service hung up on me 3 times, no answer from 4 emails. Got Paypal involved for a full refund. Trousers Marc Darcy Eton are the cheapest rag ever made. Ordered a 38R, the size that came was 3 maybe 4 sizes smaller, cheapest imports, couldn't get them past my hips. No lining. Avoid this company, save yourself time and frustration. Absolute joke

Poor. Bought 2 items, in stock, got confirmation saying they'd been dispatched. Then later told they are both out of stock. Despite saying in stock on website and them taking payment. Helping their cashflow by any chance?
