Unfortunately my shirt arrived with I cuff with button & button holes on the other cuff had no button holes or buttons or embroidery.

Difficult to contact your customer service! I have returned the 2 shirts with a letter explaining what I would like to exchange one of them for! I did fill in your comment form online, no response & I have tried to phone but no answer!

I am not very happy with my experience with this company. Even though they have great shirts. The customer service is non existence. I bought 4 shirts and one of the shirts was completely what I did not order at All. I tried to contact the customer service via email and phone to express my dissatisfaction but did not get any response. I eventually gave up. Not good enough for an online business.

The shirt and trousers I ordered arrived all jammed into a plastic bag. There’s was no packaging on garments before placed in bag and considering their value I found this very poor. Had the bag split they would have been ruined. Shame as quality good.

Your expensive suit will come folded inside a cardboard box. There is no separation/protection between the suit and cardboard box. So the suit will come creased and dusty. The blazer I received came in poor condition. It's not ready to wear out of the box. I had to cut off extra strings, remove dust and creases, glue, and fluff stuck on the inner and outer part of the blazer sleeve. I contacted customer service about this issue via email. But they did not respond. I will not buy from here again.

2 Stars for the 2 out of 3 shirts that were OK. DO NOT BUY LIFE AND LIMB!!!!! All 3 shirts were garbage. Completely different from pictures online. Shirts online have button colors and logo to match shirt. Shirts delivered look like cheap knock offs. Every single one with black buttons and poorly stitched back logo like I bought them from a frikkin market at 9.99 each instead of £40. Emailed customer service 6th May. Completely ignored. In the process of trying to return shirts at expense. Will never buy from this merchant again.

Ordered an item on the 27th November 2020 with standard delivery which was stated as 3-5 days. It's now the 10th December and no sign of it despite them saying its been despatched and should be with me soon. I've followed this up again and asked for a tracking number and I've had no reply. I do hope I will receive it as it was a gift for my husband (albeit that it will now be late). Never shopped with them before. Not great service. Probably won't shop with them again! I can't comment on who delivered or condition as I am still waiting for it to arrive.

fantastic Shirts and quick delivery unfortunately not so quick when it comes to refunds !!! had to return a shirt beginning of June rang no reply ,emailed no reply and no refund...... yet!!

Lovely shirts, reasonably priced. Very happy with the website and speed of delivery. However I wanted to return a shirt and a work trip meant I could not do it within the allotted 14 days. I'm ok with the 14 days but I have marked them down because they do not communicate. Emailed to explain - no response. Now left with a shirt that does not fit. I feel they ignored my email to avoid the return. Make sure you don't have to return anything if ordering from the Shirt Store.

Still waiting for our Christmas gifts to arrive despite ordering 15 Dec 😟 Suspect it is Royal Mail issue but they need to use courier service

Shirts arrived ok, not exactly speedy delivery but fine. However, I returned the shirts on 30th Nov as they weren’t a subtle enough pattern. As yet I still haven’t received my refund. Nice quality product.

Ok, but costly if you have to return anything as you have to pay for shipping, and they do not refund your delivery charges, even though they have to by law

Slow response time to emails and I still don't have the item I ordered which was dispatched on the 3rd December. The website states fast delivery but not in my experience. I expect to receive a refund for the delivery charge at least.

Shirt received, visibly worn, and not in "brand new" condition. It had obviously been returned before. Labels had been poorly re-attached. Unfortunately I had to travel, so didn't bother returning it, but will never shop here again.

For an expensive shirt it was packaged very badly; It was only in a poly bag with very little card for support. Subsequently, it arrived screwed up very very creased, so I had to try to steam the creases out before I could give it as a gift.

I placed an order on the 13th January. Its now the 24th and I've heard nothing from them. They told me I would hear from them once the items were handed to their transport contact, but as I said, no word yet. I wrote to them asking for a status on the 19th, but still no reply. Underwhelming.
