Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still not arrived, delivery appears to be letting you guys down

The shirts I ordered were really good quality however a bit tight. I had to pay to get them delivered £3.99 and to return them cost me £8.99. Returned lesser value items free of charge. This cost is unacceptable and I had to reorder the next size up again another £3.99 fir delivery. This service of delivery and return should be free of charge. Could this be looked at and a good service would be to reimburse me.

I ordered two shirts as birthday presents for my partner They arrived promptly but one was delivered in its correct protective packaging and the other a white cotton shirt just placed in the outer postage without any plastic cover on it This is extremely disappointing when paying for a birthday present costing £80 ( per shirt ) Could have been damaged/ stained This needs to be addressed for any customers future orders

Returns form not easily accessible on the website. It states this needs to be included when returning so found this very frustrating.

Nothing wrong with the shirt but I think it was wrongly sized, ordered an XL that is usually a tad on the large size but would have needed a3XL.

I ordered the shirt for my partner for his birthday. Ordered on the Friday paying £9 for next day delivery - it was delivered the following Tuesday. The shirt is lovely. However, it looked as though it had been tried on already and then refolded but not very successfully and not in tissue or cellophane. Had it been pristine I would have given 5 stars. Nevertheless my partner is very pleased with it.

I was pleased to find that the site had the items in stock and ordered four Tyler and Tyler belts in four different colours/patterns. They were delivered promptly . Unfortunately, two of the belts were of a substitute colour and I had no advance notification of this and the packaging for one item was damaged. I decided to keep the substitutes anyway, but was dissapointed that my original order was not available. Better communication is required.

I have bought 4 shirts from this company during lockdown and found them efficient and their products excellent. They have been very helpful on the telephone. However recently I have found that they cannot be contacted by telephone. I recently bought a shirt from Guide of London only to find that the next day the shirt was in a 15% off sale. I wanted to see if they would reasonably refund me that 15%. There was no reply so I sent an email also with no reply. Buyer beware.

I ordered a shirt, there was an offer for free delivery if you spend more than £30. Still, I was charged £3.99 delivery cost. There was another offer to spend another £1 to get 15% off. That wasn't true either. This is very poor practice.

Wont use them again Given a tracking number that post office didnt recognise and when i emailed them to question delivery didnt even get an answer !!!!!! Very poor customer service in fact NO customer service

Shirt very nice (as shown). Delivery relatively quickly. Delivery company GLS, however, is a disaster. Therefore only 3 stars.

The Shirt was fantastic - power the delivery wasn't paid extra to have next day delivery - ordered on 19 April delivered on 25 april - very disappointing

First order was very good, with offer of next order, if before end January. Of no delivery charge & an extra 10% discount on shirt order placed 28th Jan 2019 Charged £3.99 delivery and no 10% extra discount of bill or credit note. NO Shirts are fine may use you again. will not take any notice of offers.

I paid extra nxt day delivery charge , i waited 5 days for my item to be delivered which was too late for my partners birthday. However when i rang your customer service team the lady was very apologetic and refunded my delivery charge , i was pleased how she handled it. Thankyou.

I was glad to finally source a cream coloured men's dress shirt for a family wedding. Ordering was fine. I hoped the shirt would arrive in 3 days but it took the full 5 working days. The sizing was not by collar (just S/M/L) so I ordered the large, as according to the site this was suitable for 15.5" collar. The fabric felt good quality, the collar was perfect, but the body was far too small & nothing from the armpits down had a hope of buttoning. Husband had to wear a shirt he already had in another colour. It was cost me £3 postage to return it 2nd Class, as not Freepost option on the return label & I am now awaiting a refund. One week since it was posted back, but I don't expect to have to wait more than another 2weeks or I will not be happy.
