Love the shirt but very small made and doesn't fit

I have purchased shirts ftom shirt store before and was very happy but my last purchase was damaged with holes in sleeve,loose threads and bad stitching, I have complained about this and sent images of damaged shirt but have not heard anything back from customer care, not happy at all.

The Shirt Sore has sent me two extremely small shirts, sized XL but more likely S or M. They claim that i could find a sizing table somewhere on their web site; therefore the wouldnot refund the shipment costst. Selling me M size shirts claiming they are XL seems faulty to me. Since i live in the Netherlands it was all together €28,- shipping costst for nothing

Sent my order to the wrong address and then charged me for the postage - beware of the autofill on the website as I think this is how they managed to send order to a similar but totally incorrect address

I am not happy with the service that I have recieved from the shirt store. I have not recieved the bag I purchased up to now which is almost 20 days from the date of purchase. The tracking number I recieved hasn’t been showing anything since the 19th of March. I have made follow ups on the issue but the customer service consultant I have been talking to hasn’t shown any seriousness or concern over the matter. I have ended up incurring bills as I have had to call the uk several times. I’ve even tried calling Belgium since I was given a tracking number for beilguim post which equally has been unfruitful. I am terrribly frustrated with the service I have recieved. I also tried to advice the store previously to send the bag to one world whom I have severally dealt with and have delivered my parcels from other stores but the store was rigid and adamant on using their own courier company which has been a great let down. I demand a refund on my purchase and the sending charge. I regret having transacted with the shirt store

Ordered two shirts that were in stock and paid extra for next day delivery. Still not received days later and had no response to email. Ridiculous service. Hoping shirts will not disappoint otherwise bad experience all round.

I did not receive my item and had received notification that it had been dispatched after ringing I was informed that the item had not been dispatched and had been out of stock. It was however now in stock and would be posted to me within the next 2 days, this was too late as I was going away and requested a refund.

I ordered an Oscar Banks shirt ( code SL5062 ). The website says it is 100% cotton. When it arrived, it has a label in it saying 80% cotton, 20% polyester and it has the shinyness of polyester. I specifically wanted an 100% cotton shirt. The product is not as advertised. Seriously not impressed.

Similar to other reviewers that ned to contact this company - they do not answer your calls ore mails (lots of marketing emails though, funny enough!)

Purchase was easy however 10 days on and recipient has not received voucher. Tried to phone, even left message but to no avail!

Purchased a wallet from the shirt store for my partners birthday and within 4 days of my partner using the wallet the stitching of the inside lining and outside has frayed and fallen out in several places.

The shirt took ages to arrive and then was too small. I tried to contact the store a number of times with no luck.

I received my order. 1 item is wrong have emailed them three times and no answer. Quality of shirts are excelent next time I will order from Claudio Lugli as those are the items I ordered.
