“I ordered a shirt which arrived quickly, however I ordered the wrong item. I returned it first class recorded and my refund was processed 24 hrs after they received my return. I can’t fault them based on my experience with them.”

“Bought a shirt for a Christmas themed even. Ordered eraly the day before the evet. I needed it before 1pm the next day due to travel arrangements so paid for the premium pre 12:00 delivery service. It didn't arive until late afternoon. Was refunded the cost of the delivery only. Now left with a £80 shirt i will never wear. No offer of a refund or discount. Buy from here if your order is not time specific, otherwise your going to be disappointed. I won't be a returning customer. Poor customer service.”
