Poor. Bought 2 items, in stock, got confirmation saying they'd been dispatched. Then later told they are both out of stock. Despite saying in stock on website and them taking payment. Helping their cashflow by any chance?

Ordered a shirt for my partner and I's anniversary (which turned out to be an engagement). Paid £9 next day delivery in order for it to come in plenty of time. Was told it was dispatched for then myself having to chase it up AFTER our trip away to be told the shirt was intact out of stock and no one thought to inform me. I received a full refund, but not really the point. Poor communication and very disappointing that my partner didn't get a new shirt for this special occasion.

Stay Well Clear! They did not refund my extra items which I ordered. I ordered two waistcoats and two pair of trousers to try on and see which fits better. When I placed the order I checked via phone and the kind gentleman said no worries this happens all the time and order as you please. So I did exactly that however after keeping what fitted and returning items which didn’t fit they replied saying there was a stain as I had worn the item! I kindly pointed out if you check my order I ordered two sizes. They was having non of it! So I asked for a picture of the said stain however no picture instead you guessed it they returned the extra waist coat back! Now I have two waistcoats for the same suit of which one doesn’t even fit never mind me wearing it! This is a con of a company who don’t appreciate new customers and make up rubbish as they please. Oh and just to point out I didn’t like order two because delivery and returns are free no they not you have to pay for both and so there was no real incentive! All I will say is stay well clear keep your money safe!

I recently placed a order for a full suit of which at the time of ordering I called to say I will be ordering different sizes due to fitting and try whats comfortable to wear. I was assured I shall be able to return and that people do this all the time. I decided to keep waistcoat 44 which I had worn at a recent wedding and return waistcoat 42 along with a pair of extra trousers I ordered. This company emailed to say we will only be refunding you on the trousers and that the waistcoat will be sent back as it has a stain mark on there! I was shocked as I never even worn this I mean how did they expect me to wear x2 waistcoats is unbelievable. After trying all efforts and being a new customer this company let me down by saying there was a stain and tag was broken when I never even could wear the item as it doesn’t even fit me! Of which I had ordered two different sizes. Now I have the return back and my suit yet you guessed it I have two waistcoats for the same suit! This was a lesson learnt well for me to never trust these individual small online retailers! They make rules as they please and don’t care about custom or new customer relationships. Stay well clear and do not purchase from them they will scam you one way or another! Unfortunately they couldn’t be bothered to reply with a picture of the supposed stain! Stay well clear!

Avoid refused to exchange my jacket which was unworn and too small, they sent it back to me after I returned it and never communicate with you and ignore all correspondence

The return process was intentionally made complicated so as to discourage returns and you have to pay for returns. Good luck if you have ordered doesn’t fit.

I ordered 5 shirts cost 161 pounds, l selected Standard delivery 3 to 5 working Days, but yet not receive them, since 3 July 2021, today is 15th July, Please Resend them OR Refund my money back to my bank account. Thanks

Ordered a shirt- too small. Sent it back recorded and the company will not respond to any questions as to where the replacement shirt is after 4 weeks of chasing. Does anyone know how to contact this company? I will be taking it up with the credit card company if no response soon

I returned £400 worth of shirts. I’ve had no refund. Can’t get hold of anyone by phone or email. I’m now going to go through my credit card to get resolved

Dropship company - wasted my time. Placed an order, they took the money. 2 weeks later I get an email saying supplier usually ships direct but is out of stock. Issued refund. If I had known they carried no stock and were going to mess me about, I'd have ordered elsewhere. As it is, we are 2 weeks down the line and I am back to the start. Thanks for nothing
