We ordered from this company for the first time. The shirt was of lovely quality but the size was considerably too small. We therefore returned the shirt, despite two phone calls and two emails we have not received a refund. You have to pay your own postage costs for any returns and having waited almost three weeks no refund has been processed. I would not recommend

I was sent the wrong size shirt which left me in a mess for a special occasion gift. I emailed to resolve the issue, received no reply!! So needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

My order (£90) was cancelled twice after paying with no explanation. I've sent two emails asking why and got no answer. I guessed that happens because I've put my company address and made a third order and paid immeadiatly again. This time the order was confirmed. Because of paying and getting refunded a few times I lost about £15 due to bank and paypal fees for sending and refunding. No communication at all, that's a very poor service for me.

If you are returning to the shirt company it’s not good. We returned 3 shirts to them no reply even after sending a few emails Even one to pay pal still Waiting for a reply

I've order 2 or 3 shirts before and everything was fine. But I will not be ordering from them again. My shirt was dispatched on the 18 of December and I did not get it until a month later. And I had to pay extra at the Post Office before they would hand it over because they did not pay the correct postage. Not only this, but I've emailed The Shirt Store 3 times and they have not replied to any of my emails. This is clearly a company that as soon as something goes wrong they do not want to know and will offer no customer service. So be aware if you have a problem with your order they do not give a toss.

Buying from these fly by night merchants, is one of the worst experiences ever. The company is the shirt store which sells online. I ordered on 26/12/2019 at 18.00pm then decided to cancel the order on the same day at about 21.00pm and filled the cancellations form, took a photo on my phone and emailed it, only for them to post the shirt I ordered out to me on 30/12/2019. If that isn't selling by deception I don't know what it is. The shirt was advertised at a price of £29.99 on boxing day but I was charged £39.98 on my credit card which is why I cancelled on the day of purchase, but the vendor whom is also known as CB Menswear once they have your money they don't want to return it and therefore sent the shirt out to me via second class signed for post, which I received on 02/01/2020. I duly returned the shirt on 06/01/2020 and am waiting for a signed for delivered confirmation. The business owner is some dodgy Indian fella by the name of Charanjit Singh with several different business addresses just to confuse people then the orders should be returned to a different address from the one you ordered from these scammers should have there trading licences taken away from them. I remember a Pakistani fella from Blackburn whom use to own a shop and would sell fake Levis, Kickers, Adidas and Nike products in his shop he even told me about it and pocket the money, before trading standards got onto him. This Indian fella Charanjit Singh is cut of the same cloth.

Shirt never arrived and was a Christmas gift, rang up days before and told to continue to wait and now sold out - would not buy from again.

I ordered a shirt on 7 January. I paid the next day delivery charge (as the standard delivery charge has somehow not made it to the checkout (you might want to look into that). My shirt has not arrived. It was ordered for a wedding, which is this Saturday (21st Jan), so I now have to find another shirt. Your shirts are not cheap, and when mine arrives (eventually), it will sadly be my last purchase from you. I realise losing my business is not going to affect your business, so you probably don’t care… but I hope this email might make you look into my situation, and stop this happening to others. Can you please tell me when I will be getting my ‘next day delivery’ as I have another wedding coming up… and it would be nice to have the shirt for that. Thanks for listening. Dave

terrible experience, I ordered a tie and a shirt, the tie for a wedding so paid the fast delivery of £9.00 I was sent the shirt but no tie, no email or contact regarding the item which was the only reason I placed the order, and paid extra for fast delivery. I've tried all of the telephone numbers I can find for the company and no one answers. Have sent emails and no one answers. This is disgusting. Premium price and poor service

Returned item on 02/11/2021 but still waiting for a refund! Chased them via their Contact Us page on 23/11/2021 but have had no response. Really poor Customer Service for a web based company!

I was very disappointed in the condition of the shirt when it arrived, I have ordered numerous Claudio Lugli shirts from other retailers and they have always arrived packaged and in pristine condition, this shirt arrived unpackaged just stuffed in the postal bag, it was so creased it looked like it had either been worn or I’d received what had been someone else’s return item. I had to steam it before wrapping to give as a Christmas gift. To add insult I paid £79.99. (less 10% for signing to news letter) however there was a price sticker on the sales tag on the shirt showing a price of £69.99. I was a new customer to The Shirt Store but won’t be purchasing from you again.

I ordered a pair of shoes in October but as at 16 November they still haven't been received. I tried ringing Customer Service on three occasions on the 16th but no-one picked up the phone. I sent an e- mail asking for details, including a tracking code but no reply has been received. WHERE ARE YOU SHIRT COMPANY? I cannot answer any of your other questions as I haven't received them as yet!!!

I couldn't give 0 out of 5. Customer service hung up on me 3 times, no answer from 4 emails. Got Paypal involved for a full refund. Trousers Marc Darcy Eton are the cheapest rag ever made. Ordered a 38R, the size that came was 3 maybe 4 sizes smaller, cheapest imports, couldn't get them past my hips. No lining. Avoid this company, save yourself time and frustration. Absolute joke
