“I have to say I've not been impressed. I ordered a pair of shorts and was charged more than the advertised fee on the payment screen. Over 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received my shorts. 3 emails later and I've not had a single reply. Starting to think this company is not legit and I have been scammed. Will be reporting this in the morning.”

“Great Shirts, dreadful customer service! After waiting 3 weeks for a shirt to be delivered, they sent the wrong one. I have returned the shirt for an exchange for the correct one, am still waiting after 2 1/2 months. I have sent half a dozen emails that have not been answered. Even allowing for Covid 19, if they can say they have despatched a new order after 2days they can certainly answer emails and should process returns!”

“Please don’t deal with this company very poor service I’ve returned a shirt over 3 weeks ago no replacement or refund issued Emailed a number of times & left a couple of messages on answer machine The sends an email everyday to Sell me something Never again Please refund me ASAP”

“The website was easy to navigate and I was very pleased that I could use more than 1 discount code, so the shirt price came down quite a bit. HOWEVER, I have not yet received the shirt. When using the tracking service, it tells me that the shirt was posted on Thursday the 9th and is still with the post office, and today is Friday the 17th. How much longer will I have to wait I wonder!!!”
